The system is designed whereby users are able to view certain information based on their roles in the system and school. It is up to the client to decide who views or edits what information.
All historical data is securely kept and none is deleted or tampered with. All users have access to their data.
We have two pricing templates based on the financial capability of the client i.e. i. one of payment with an annual maintenance fee that applies from the second year onwards, and ii. SAAS (Software As A Service) whereby the client decides on how they’ll pay for the subscription i.e. either yearly, termly, semi-annually or annually based on their financial position. There is a charge per SMS if you decide to use the communication platform for communication with parents, staff or students.
